1-2-1 Personal Training
Do you have fitness goals which you would like to achieve but do not know where to start or how to achieve them? We can help! We work with pregnant and post-natal ladies of all fitness abilities and guide them through an individually tailored fitness plan in order to reach their fitness goals.
Your first session will consist of a complete heath and post-natal check including body composition testing, measurements and a fitness test. We will then set your fitness goals and design a progressive exercise plan in order to reach them in the set time frame.
We will be with you every step of the way through email updates to keep you motivated between your sessions and will access to individual nutritional advice and training programmes for you to follow in between sessions.
We can come to your home or meet in a local park at a time convenient for you. We also have a home gym if you prefer to train in a studio. We train in TW10, TW9, SW14 and surrounding postcode areas (additional charges may apply).

Small Group Personal Training (4 max)
Get fit in 2018 and enroll in our Small Group PT class. This class is subject to a 4 person maximum and runs for a period of 6 weeks at a time.
It is designed for people who want to achieve a particular fitness goal and want 1-2-1 personal attention. The class combines HIIT training with lots of fun exercise equipment e.g. weights, medicine balls, kettle bells, boxing and resistance bands which are important in programme design for weight loss and muscle tone. Each participant will receive individual instruction for their level of fitness whilst working as a group to bring in a social aspect and a cost reduction to usual personal training prices.
Group Personal Training
Do you have friends with young children too who are also looking to regain their fitness and tone up? If you are not feeling confident to do an individual personal training session on your own, why not train with 2 or 3 others to bring added fun and motivation.
