Small Group Personal Training 

 
Small Group PT Classes (4 mums maximum)

Our small group PT classes are a great way to get back in shape after your new arrival.  These classes are specifically designed for the fitness levels and goals of the four individuals in the group and are held at Old Deer Park, Richmond Park or Kew Green (depending on the wishes of the group). They last 60 minutes and provide a full body workout. They start with a warm up and stretch, moving into a cardiovascular element usually involving a drill or circuit training then weights, medicine balls and resistance bands are used strengthen and tone particular muscle groups  e.g. arms, legs, bums and tums and our abdominals. We finish the classes with a cool down and stretch. It is a great way to get fit, chat to other local mums and give your baby some fresh air - no childcare required!

 

Our classes are tailored to suit all fitness levels and post-natal stages and are designed to meet the fitness goals of the particular group. As soon as you have had your GP check up (between 6-12 weeks) you are welcome to join us. The class is instructed by Samantha, a pre and post natal qualified personal trainer so you are in good hands and Samantha ensures each mum always uses the correct techniques to gain maximum results and prevent injury.  Abdominal checks and a nutritional analysis are included in the price.

Block of 6 classes £110. Please contact us for bank transfer details. 

Please complete the attached HEALTH QUESTIONNAIRE and return it to admin@pushabyebaby.com before your first class. 

What to wear

Please wear workout gear and a good sports bra and trainers. Our classes go ahead in all weather conditions (yes, even rain!) so you might want to pack a waterproof jacket if it looks like rain and a hat and gloves in the colder months. 

What to bring

1.         An old picnic blanket, rug, gym mat or towel for work on the ground

2.         Water for yourself and any drinks / snacks your baby might require

4.         Baby’s raincover and/or sunshade 

5.         Snow suit and hat for baby in the colder months

 

Come and get fit and meet new friends!

 

If you are driving please park in the Old Deer Park pay-and-display car park which is located opposite the park. We meet by the playground/tennis courts in Old Deer Park.

MUM'S BOOTCAMP: MONDAY HIIT CIRCUIT CLASS

Want to take the next step up in your training? Join our  bootcamp on Monday nights for our HIIT ( high-intensity interval training) sessions which combine cardio circuit training and weights for a full body workout.  Suitable for 3 months post natal (subject to instructor sign off).
